How to Order

Credit Cards

Payments for all products can be made by credit or debit card using our secure payment service provider, PayPal, through our website or you may place your order over the phone by calling us on 0118 9343426 using your credit or debit card.  

To order online

Find the product you would like to purchase and type the name and message in the text box by the product. Click on the ‘Add to basket’ button and this will take you to your shopping cart. Check the item and the quantity is correct. If you wish to add more items to your basket, ‘click ‘continue shopping’. When all your details are entered, check that all items and spellings are correct. If you need to change any details, please click ‘remove’ and re-enter the correct details.

When you have all the correct details entered, click ‘proceed to checkout’. If you are a paypal registered user, you can log in to your account. If you prefer to pay with card, click ‘continue’. Enter your details in the boxes provided. When all your details are entered, click ‘review order and continue’. Your order is now complete and you should receive a confirmation email. Please keep a copy of this for your own reference.

To order over the phone

Sometimes our customers prefer to order over the phone. We are happy to assist you with your order and we accept most major credit cards with our secure credit card machine. It is important that we get your personalisation of the product and delivery address correct so we may ask you to email us after we have spoken on the phone to confirm these details in writing.
At busy times you may get our answer machine however just leave us your name and number and we will return your call!
