Please note that Canvas on Photo boxes, featuring a design on top of the lid, are not suitable for young children. The photographs have all been protected with ‘scotch guard’. To enjoy these boxes for years to come, please do not leave them in full sunlight and only use a dry cloth to clean the photographs.

2. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
We aim to deliver your goods within 7-14 days. However, during peak ordering times there might be a slight delay in which case we will notify you immediately. If your order is urgent and requires delivery within 3 days, contact us first and check for availability before choosing the option Express Delivery. Please be aware that all our products are made to order hence the delivery time.
Our standard UK delivery rate is £4.50 per delivery address to an address within UK mainland only. Please note Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, countries in Europe and the rest of the world will have other delivery charges. If your delivery address is outside UK mainland, please contact us before you place your order to enquire regarding the cost of the delivery.
Express Delivery is available at an additional £5.
We have tried to make the delivery charges as simple to understand as possible. If you have any questions about the delivery charges, do not hesitate to contact us.
Personal Gift Wrapping.
We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase and send it directly to a third party on your behalf. This gift wrapping service is free. Our standard delivery rate is £4.50 per delivery address. Please contact us if you would like to use this service with the relevant details.

3. RETURNS POLICY
As all our personalised products are made to order unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty. For goods that are faulty, please return them to us within 7 days in the original packaging to our address below. We will send you a replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund together with a refund of your postage.

When returning items we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If you wish to cancel your purchase from Toril Design, you must contact us within 24 hours of first placing your order. As all products are personalised and many products are produced to specific requirements, we will advise you if production has already commenced. Providing we receive your notification before production has commenced or the item has been dispatched, we will cancel you order and you will not be charged.

All prices quoted on this web site are accurate and are quoted in pounds sterling.
Any customs or import duties levied once the packages reach your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.
